Summit produces gauges, jigs & fixtures for the automotive and aerospace sectors. Over the past 25 years, Summit have grown alongside these industries to become one of the UK’s and Europe’s leading gauge suppliers.
Using in house CAD design & manufacture we can offer simple CMM holding fixtures to full DTI / gap & flush fixtures to meet the individual requirements of each customer.
We can produce attribute go/no fixtures, CMM holding nests and full B.I.W replication gauges
All gauges are calibrated using our latest Steifimayer CMM’s with capacity to produce gauges up to 5 meters in length
Gauges are managed internally from initial enquiry through to design concept, manufacture and calibration with one of our assigned managers, each with over 20 years’ experience in this industry.
Full ‘R&R’, Cap or ‘R’ studies can be offered with gauges to prove our customers part dimensional study requirements.
